Old Bananas

Got some old bananas, but don’t want to throw them out?

They are perfect for banana bread. In fact, the more mushy the better!

Recipe:

2 c. Flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Mashed banana (about two whole bananas)
1/3 c. Milk
1 tsp. vinegar
Optional: 1/2 c. Nuts or chocolate chips

Mix the milk and vinegar together and let it curdle. Let aside. Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Now combine all the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. (Depends on how big you make the loaf.)
